CARNIVORE CHEESY SANDWICH

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of cheese for the “bread” (cheddar, provolone, mozzarella, or Swiss)

  • Cooked meat filling (choose one or mix):

    • Beef patties

    • Bacon

    • Ham

    • Pulled beef or steak

  • Extra cheese for the middle (optional, but awesome)

  • Butter or beef tallow (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Make the cheese “bread”

    • Heat a non-stick pan on medium-low.

    • Place cheese slices in the pan and let them melt and crisp until the edges are golden.

    • Flip carefully if you want them firmer. Remove and set aside.

  2. Heat the meat

    • Warm your meat in the same pan with a little butter or tallow.

  3. Assemble

    • Place meat on one cheese slice.

    • Add extra cheese if you want it extra gooey.

    • Top with the second cheese slice.

  4. Melt & press (optional)

    • Put the sandwich back in the pan briefly and press gently until everything melts together.

Tips

  • Low heat = crispy cheese without burning

  • Bacon + beef + cheddar is a top-tier combo

  • Let it cool for 1 minute so it holds together
