محکمہ سکول ایجوکیشن کے نوٹیفکیشن مؤرخہ 13 اگست 2025 کے مطابق، معائنہ ٹیمیں 18 اگست 2025 سے پنجاب کے مختلف سکولز کا دورہ کریں گی۔
تمام سربراہان ادارہ کو ہدایت کی جاتی ہے کہ دورہ کے دوران درج ذیل نکات (TORs) مکمل طور پر تیار اور درست حالت میں ہوں:
لازمی تیاری کے نکات
- داخلہ کا ریکارڈ (Current Enrollment):
طلبہ کی اصل تعداد درست طور پر رجسٹر اور SIS ریکارڈ میں درج ہو۔ جعلی یا پرانے اندراجات حذف کیے جائیں۔ - خوبصورتی اور صفائی (Beautification):
سکول کی عمارت، کمروں، برآمدوں، لان، پودوں، بجلی و روشنی کے انتظامات بہترین حالت میں ہوں۔ - نان سیلری بجٹ (NSB) کا استعمال:
NSB کا مکمل ریکارڈ مع رسیدات محفوظ اور ترتیب میں ہو۔ - میٹرک کا رزلٹ:
ہائی اور ہائر سیکنڈری سکولز کے نتائج فائل میں دستیاب ہوں۔ - سکول مینجمنٹ کونسل (SMC):
تشکیل SMC رولز کے مطابق ہو، اراکین کی فہرست، اہلیت، اور اجلاسوں کی کارروائی باقاعدہ سکول کونسل کاروائی رجسٹر میں درج ہو۔ - عطیات اور تعاون:
Alumni یا Philanthropists کی جانب سے کیے گئے کاموں (عمارت، سامان، سہولیات) کا ریکارڈ اور ثبوت محفوظ ہوں۔ - خطرناک عمارتوں کی نشاندہی:

معائنہ ٹیم وزٹ کے دوران نمایاں کارکردگی دکھانے والے اساتذہ اور ہیڈ ٹیچرز کو تعریفی خطوط جاری کرے گی۔
اہم ہدایت:
تمام سربراہان ادارہ اس امر کو یقینی بنائیں کہ معائنہ ٹیم کے وزٹ کے دوران درج شدہ تمام نکات (TORs) پر مکمل اور بروقت عمل درآمد کیا جائے۔
Respected Heads of Institutions
As per the notification of the School Education Department dated 13th August 2025, inspection teams will visit various schools of Punjab from 18th August 2025.
All Heads of Institutions are directed to keep the following TORs fully prepared and in proper condition during the visit:
Mandatory Preparation Points
- Current Enrollment Record:
The actual number of students should be correctly registered and recorded in the SIS record. Fake or old entries should be deleted. - Beautification and Cleanliness:
The school building, rooms, verandahs, lawns, plants, electricity and lighting arrangements should be in good condition. - Utilization of Non-Salary Budget (NSB):
The complete record of NSB with receipts should be preserved and in order. - Matriculation Result:
The results of high and higher secondary schools should be available on file. - School Management Council (SMC):
The composition should be as per SMC Rules, list of members, qualifications, and proceedings of meetings should be recorded in the regular School Council Proceedings Register. - Donations and Contributions:
Records and evidence of works done by Alumni or Philanthropists (buildings, equipment, facilities) should be preserved. - Identification of Dangerous Buildings:
A list of any dangerous building or room in the school should be prepared.
NOTE:
The inspection team will issue appreciation letters to the teachers and head teachers who show outstanding performance during the visit.
Important Instructions:
All Heads of Institutions should ensure that all the points of order (TORs) recorded during the visit of the inspection team are fully and timely implemented.
